We look at your item's condition, the details and photos you provide, and current market conditions to put together a cash offer — usually within 24 hours. Offer amounts are at our discretion.
After your item passes inspection, we pay out via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer — whichever works best for you, coordinated directly once your item arrives. We don't process payment automatically through the site.
Once we receive your item, we inspect it to confirm it matches what you told us and that it's authentic. If it does, the sale is final and payment goes out. If it doesn't match, we'll reach out to you directly to work out next steps before any payment is made.
Normal cosmetic wear is completely fine. Even broken or parts-only items are worth submitting — pick "For parts or not working" and we'll still take a look. Water damage or missing essential accessories (like a laptop's charger) can lower or void an offer, so it's worth mentioning those upfront in your description.
No strict minimum. If you're not sure whether something's worth your time, submit it — we'll either send a fair offer or let you know it's not something we can make an offer on. Either way, it costs you nothing to find out.
No obligation — you can decline an offer for free, and it won't affect any future submission. Offers stay open for 5 days; if you don't respond in time, it simply expires and you're welcome to submit again.
Yes, submit each item on its own so we can review and price it individually. If a few end up accepted around the same time, just mention it and we'll set you up with one consolidated shipping label instead of separate ones.
You'll get an offer within about 24 hours of submitting. Once you accept, you have up to 14 days to ship it (or drop it off locally in Chapel Hill, NC) — we typically confirm receipt and send payment within a few business days after that.
