This page explains what information Offer24 collects and how we use it.
We use this information to evaluate your submission, send you offers and status updates by email, generate prepaid shipping labels when you mail in an item, and issue payment once an item passes inspection.
We use a shipping API provider to purchase and generate prepaid shipping labels, and an email provider to send you account and offer notifications. These providers only receive the information needed to perform that specific function (for example, your shipping address is shared with the shipping provider only when you request a label).
Passwords are stored using salted, industry-standard one-way hashing — we never store your password in plain text and can't look it up. Photos and submission data are stored in a private database that isn't publicly accessible.
We keep your account and submission history so you can view your past offers and sales. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax or anti-fraud recordkeeping requirements for purchased secondhand goods).
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Offer24 is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 to create an account.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
