These Terms govern your use of Offer24 (“we,” “us”) to submit items for a cash offer. By creating an account or submitting an item, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell the item you submit. By submitting an item, you confirm that you are its rightful owner, that it is not stolen or encumbered by a lien, and that you have the right to transfer ownership of it to us.
You submit photos and details about an item. We review it and, within about 24 hours, either send you a cash offer based on recent comparable sales or decline to make an offer. An offer is valid for 24 hours from when it's sent. Offers are not binding on either party until you accept and we complete inspection of the item as described below.
If you accept an offer, you'll either drop the item off in person or ship it to us using a prepaid label we provide. You're responsible for packaging the item securely for shipment.
Once we receive your item, we inspect it to confirm it matches the condition and description you provided and that it's authentic. If it passes inspection, the sale is final and payment is issued. If it doesn't match its description, we'll contact you directly to work out next steps before any payment is made.
Payment is issued after your item passes inspection, using a method we confirm with you directly (for example PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer, or check). We do not process payments automatically through this site.
We do not accept items that are stolen, counterfeit, or that you cannot demonstrate ownership of. We reserve the right to decline any submission or offer for any reason, and to report suspected stolen or counterfeit goods to law enforcement as required by applicable law.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the offer associated with the item in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
